Production CW Energy and Marsala Signed a 3.8 Million Dollar SPP Contract

CW Enerji continues to sign new business agreements. A contract was signed between the company and Marsala Dokuma Boya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in the amount of USD 3,830,000 excluding VAT, including the land cost, in order to install a land-type solar power plant. According to the PDP notification made on July 1, 2024, the project is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.

According to the PDP notification made on July 1, 2024, a contract was signed between the company and Marsala Dokuma Boya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. for the installation of a land-type solar power plant in the amount of USD 3,830,000 excluding VAT, including the land cost.
Making statements on the subject, CW Energy CEO Volkan Yılmaz expressed his satisfaction for signing another new agreement. Yılmaz stated that they have made beautiful agreements with many companies operating in different sectors so far and said, “We make an important contribution to our sector with each agreement. Finally, we have signed another good contract. In this context, a contract was signed between our company and Marsala Dokuma Boya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. for the installation of a land-type solar power plant in the amount of 3,830,000 USD excluding VAT, including the land cost.”
Yılmaz stated that they are happy and proud to realize another new project and noted that the project is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.

Stating that they continue to work for a more livable environment, Yılmaz noted that they aim to both contribute to environmental sustainability and reduce the energy costs of companies with each project they implement.

Mehmet Çetin Özel, Chairman of the Board of Marsala Dokuma Boya, said that he was happy to sign a good contract with CW Energy.
