QUALITY AND ENERGY POLICY

IN THE CONTEXT OF ALL THE ACTIVITIES THAT MARSALA HAS DONE;

– To fulfill all environmental legislation and legal obligations,

– To use raw materials and energy resources effectively and efficiently to protect natural resources,

– To determine the environmental impact of all our activities, to ensure that the wastes generated are recovered as much as possible, to minimize them when recovery is not possible, and to ensure that these wastes are disposed of without harming the environment,

– To make continuous improvements to prevent and control environmental pollution by following technological developments,

– To provide continuous trainings to our employees in order to create environmental awareness and individual responsibility in our employees

– To improve our environmental performance in cooperation with our customers, suppliers and governmental organizations,

AS MARSALA, WITHIN THE SCOPE OF ALL THE ACTIVITIES WE CARRY OUT, WE COMPLY WITH ALL ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH AND OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS, ALL LEGAL REGULATIONS AND INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS;

– To make our working environments free from hazards, where products and services are produced safely and employees are protected against accidents and risks,

– Preventing occupational diseases that may arise from our working environments,

– To eliminate all forms of discrimination in recruitment, wages, dismissal, disciplinary practices, not to employ child labor, to respect the right of all personnel to organize. To act with a sense of responsibility by taking into account the minimum subsistence needs of employees in wage determinations.
