WEAVING
We don’t consider design as only ‘a job’ in MARSALA.MARSALA factory was built on a designated area of 12.000 m², has its own weaving and dyeing production line with a capacity of 1.500.000 meters and has a production capacity of over 12.000 m².
WE ARE QUITE AWARE THAT THE WAY OF EFFICIENT CONTROL HAS AN EQUAL IMPORTANCE WITH GOOD MANUFACTURING.
ODS
We monitor our weaving production online with instant production monitoring system.In these facilities, PICANOL weaving and KARL MAYER branded warping machines,
, THEN jets with full automation system, ROTACENT continuous washing machine and the latest technology BRUCKNER finishing machine have being used.
In addition to that, all the fabric-tests have internally being done by it’s own laboratory, where the ODS automatic pipetting system is used as an example of latest technology.
PHYSICS LABORATORY
All the fastness, dimentional stability, rubbing, pilling, seam slippage, tensile - tear strength and elongation tests are internally done in our laboratory. .Starting from the raw product until the shipment time, the process of the entire yarn-greige and finished fabric stocks, collection, production and orders are followed and monitorised through our online MRP system. The monthly capacity of our dyehouse is about 1.500.000 meters.
